Our Permanent Jewelry is a dainty solid 14k Gold chain that our jewelers custom fit and weld closed. It doesn’t have a clasp, creating a seamless perfect permanent bracelet! It stays on forever (or as long as you want it!)

We recognize that there are instances, like surgery, where you might need to remove your jewelry. Rest assured, in such situations, as long as you retain your chain, we will happily replace it for you at no additional cost. Your peace of mind and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Absolutely, children are welcome to enjoy our permanent jewelry, provided they can comfortably sit still for a brief period of 3-5 minutes. This short time is all that's needed to create their special piece.

Our appointments are designed to be quick and efficient, lasting only about 5-10 minutes. To ensure that we can provide the best service, including sanitation, chain selection, custom fitting, and attaching your new favorite piece, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. This helps us to maintain a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Keep your chain and we'll re-weld it at no extra cost whenever needed. However, if you wish to adjust the length of your chain, a $5 fee will be charged for the re-welding service. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction during your first appointment.

We don't offer replacements on lost pieces. If your piece is lost you will need to purchase a replacement.
